Cancellation Policy

Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 14 days' notice prior to your confirmed arrival.  There is a $50 processing fee assessed for all cancellations.

  • If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is not made prior to 14 days, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

  • We appreciate your understanding in that cancellations with less than 14 days notice prior to arrival, regardless of reason, are nonrefundable. In emergency circumstances, guests may send someone in their place and are asked to notify us of the new guest contact information as soon as possible. In addition, due to our costs, catering items not cancelled 48 hours prior to your stay will be charged in full.

  • Guests receive an Inn Disclosure Policy attachment at the time of reservation. Guests are responsible for reviewing the information and Inn policies and notifying us with questions or concerns.

  • In the event the ferry does not run, a rain check will be issued.
